We believe that everyone deserves safe, quality housing. That's why we're proud to provide the DeKalb area with two-, three- and four-bedroom townhomes in a family-friendly environment. We're also committed to promoting awareness and understanding of home ownership.

Founded in 2000 by Dr. Eddie Williams, Jr., and the late Thomas Rosenow, our community was managed for many years by the late Shirley Williams. Today, we're still proudly owned and operated by DeKalb residents, and collaboration and community remain vitally important to us. We regularly engage with various local organizations and resource centers, including the DeKalb police, Opportunity DeKalb, New Hope Missionary Baptist Church, Safe Passage, Hope Haven and the Family Service Agency. We encourage our residents to get involved, as well.
